What we collect
When you book a survey, ask a question or join a plan, we collect your name, contact details, address and the details of your home and heating system. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
How we use it
To arrange and carry out surveys, installs and services, to register warranties and grant applications you have asked us to make, and to remind you when a service is due.
Who we share it with
Manufacturers, to register your warranty; grant administrators, when you ask us to apply; and our payment provider. Nobody else, and never for marketing.
How long we keep it
Install and service records for the life of the system, so it can always be serviced and its warranty honoured. Enquiries that do not become a job are deleted after two years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection regulator.
