When the heating stops, you want two things: someone who turns up when they said they would, and a price you knew before they arrived. That is how we run repairs.
What we fix
Gas boilers of every common make, air source heat pumps, split air conditioning, cylinders, pumps, valves and controls. If we did not fit it, we will still look at it.
How a call-out works
You ring or fill in the form. We give you the call-out price on the phone and a time window. The engineer finds the fault, explains it, and tells you the price for the repair before touching anything. Around eight in ten visits are fixed there and then, because the vans carry the parts that fail most: diverter valves, pumps, fans, sensors and ignition leads.
Plan holders come first
In a cold snap everyone rings at once. Breakdown and Complete cover customers get the first slots every morning and pay no call-out charge.
