Quotes
Every install quote follows a survey and is a fixed price for the work described. It is valid for 30 days. If we find something the survey could not have seen, such as hidden damage, we stop and agree any change with you in writing before continuing.
Deposits and payment
A 20% deposit books your install date. The balance is due on commissioning. Service and repair work is paid on completion.
Cancellation
You may cancel within 14 days of accepting a quote for a full refund of your deposit, unless you asked us to start work in that period, in which case we charge for work done and kit ordered.
Guarantees
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years on installs and 12 months on repairs. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which we register for you. Warranties usually require a yearly service.
Service plans
Plans run monthly or yearly and can be cancelled with one month's notice. Pre-existing faults found at the first visit are not covered until repaired.
