A yearly service is the difference between a system that quietly runs for twenty years and one that fails in the first cold snap. It is also what your manufacturer warranty depends on: miss one, and most warranties lapse.

Boilers

We analyse the flue gases, check the gas pressure and the safety devices, clean the condensate trap, and inspect the heat exchanger. Where there is a magnetic filter we empty it and show you what came out.

Heat pumps

We check refrigerant pressures and temperatures, clean the outdoor coil and the strainers, test the defrost, and look at the flow temperature history. Most heat pumps we service run a few degrees hotter than they need to. Turning that down is the cheapest efficiency gain there is.

Air conditioning

Filters washed, coils cleaned, condensate drains flushed, and a refrigerant leak check logged. A clean split unit uses noticeably less power in a heatwave.

Booking

Pick a morning or afternoon slot and we send a text with the engineer’s name the day before. Service customers get our breakdown line too.
